UTAT TOUR OPERATOR Srl , in collaborazione con il Broker Borghini e Cossa Srl, ha sottoscritto una polizza speciale con Nobis Assicurazioni, che prevede, con supplemento obbligatorio pari al 4% della pratica, un “Pacchetto Sicurezza” completo chiamato UTAT EXTRA, che comprende quanto segue:
– Assistenza non stop prima, durante e dopo il viaggio tramite numero verde dedicato in lingua italiana
– Account email dedicato di tipo SOS da poter contattare in qualunque momento, con risposta immediata
– Garanzia “Assistenza” che include anche le casistiche pandemiche e relative al Covid-19
– Rimborso Spese Mediche con massimale € 50,000 per gli Usa e € 30,000 per il resto del Mondo, inclusa copertura Covid-19
– Assicurazione Bagaglio
– Assicurazione Interruzione Viaggio causa quarantena
– Ripetizione Viaggio
– Assicurazione Annullamento Viaggio causa ritardata partenza
– Assicurazione annullamento ALL RISKS incluso Covid-19

GUARANTEE FUND – EU DIRECTIVE 2015/2302
The tourist packages sold with the contract governed by these general conditions, are assisted by a guarantee for the reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the tourist package and the immediate return of the tourist, in cases of insolvency or bankruptcy pursuant to what provided for by the 2nd paragraph of art. 47 of the Tourism Code. For this purpose UTAT TOUR OPERATOR SRL has stipulated a suitable insurance policy with Nobis Insurance Company . Pursuant to the provisions of art. 47 paragraph 2, lett. g of the Tourism Code, Directive (EU) 2015/2302 and Legislative Decree 21.5.2018, n. 62, UTAT TOUR OPERATOR Srl has stipulated an insurance policy with NOBIS Insurance Company , for the reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the tourist package and the immediate return of the tourist in cases of insolvency or bankruptcy of the operator.
